Camp Descriptions 2012
Week #1 Wild, Wild West June 11-15
Attention pioneers we are headed west through uncharted territories. Follow the wild, west trail maps to the water where you'll pan for gold, get your squirt guns ready and take ten paces back for a water shoot-out and grab your cowboy hat and spurs because a wild ride is about to begin!
Week #2 Horsin' Around June 18-22 (Trip to a horse ranch for kids of all ages)
Interested in horses and horseback riding? This day camp is for you! Prepare to learn how to groom & tack, mount & dismount and feed & care for horses on our trip to a real horse ranch! All of this is combined with our traditional camp activities - don't miss out!
Week #3 Climbing & Camping June 25-29 (Trip to Devil's Lake for kids of all ages)
Kids ages 8+ will rock climb and 7 and under will take the woods trail at Devil's Lake State Park. No climbing experience needed; kids will be guided by the Camp Director and counselors. Back at camp enjoy new experiences with binoculars, GPS and orienteering lessons.

Week #4A/4B Disney Days 4A = July 2 & 3 4B = July 5 & 6 or Both
A great week full of costumes, Disney sightings, outdoor fun and games! Join us as we look under the sea for Ariel, in the jungle for Tarzan or in the woods for Bambi - make camp your Magic Kingdom.
Week #5 Pirate Treasure July 9-13
Ahoy there matey! Prepare to board ye ship on Lake Nepco where everyone will get a pirate's name, eye patch and kerchief and be settin' their sights on a buried treasure and other pirate fun. So grab yar parrot and set sail for Pirate Week!
Week #6 Water Olympics July 16-20 (Trip to Chula Vista waterpark for kids 8+)
This ever popular week will be just that with wet, wild & wacky "Olympic" games. We will experience water fun all week including a beach party, aqua adventures and a trip to a waterpark during the week. Kids won't be let down for this ultra cool water festival of sports & games!

Week #7 Beachfront Mystery Aug 6-10
Can you spot the clues? Can you help sort out the evidence? Take on the role of a "mystery person" to hunt down the real villain! Scavenger hunts, mystery guests, and trust building activities will make this week of camp suspiciously fun!
Week #8 Water Carnival Aug 13-17
Hit the Camp fairgrounds running with carnival games and water sports as well as our camp favorites like archery and the low ropes course! Camp Carnival days will include an inflatable bounce house, face painting, clown balloons and more! Cool off during this fun, super-soaked week.
Week #9 Extreme Sports Aug 20-24
If you love sports then this is the week for you! We'll play some old favorites like Dodgeball and Kickball, as well as some new ones like Gaga Pit play-offs and Tandum Archery. Each cabin will show their team spirit by designing their own team mascot with good sportsmanship as the ultimate goal!
Week #10 Animal Adventure Aug 27-31 (Trip to Madison Zoo)
Love all things animals? This is the week for you! Explore mammals, amphibians, primates and reptiles as we take a trip to the Madison Zoo. Guest speakers will give hands-on experiences with a variety of critters. The week will end with "Bring Your Pet Day!"
Family Fun Nights & Overnight Options: June 28th, July 12th and Aug 16th
Famil Fun Night 5:30pm - 7:30pm: A special time for family members and campers to share in the activities and excitement. Meet the counselors, take a camp tour, visit the Camp Trading Post and participate in camp activities. Enjoy S'mores, canoeing and archery on this very fun-filled evening. Dinner will be provided to all campers before Family Fun Nigh begins.
Overnight Option For children ages 8+. Experience camp in new and different ways! Grow your independence and confidence. Activities include a cookout, evening games and exploration, a campfire program and an AM swim. Dinner served on Thursday along with breakfast and lunch on Friday provided by camp. Parents just sign your kids up the first day of camp and bring your child's overnight items to Family Fun Night.
