Toddler Center
Loving and experienced staff will take care of your little one while you are away. Your child will experience all the Y has to offer with an outdoor playground, daily walks, nutritious snacks, arts & crafts, gym time, Adventure Center play, and gymnastics too! W2 state assistance accepted.

Kids’ Clubhouse (Before & After School Care)
Kids’ Clubhouse is a Wisconsin State licensed before and after-school program available on-site at your child’s elementary school to provide a fun and safe environment for those who need care for their elementary school-age children. The Club provides fun, age appropriate recreational and educational activities including: character development, team building, fitness, arts and humanities, tutoring and more. A $25 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration. W2 State Assistance accepted. Limited spots available, register early!

SNOW DAYS CARE
It’s 6:00am and the radio just announced that school’s canceled – what do you do? Bring them to the Port Edwards YMCA of course! We offer a full-day program for members and non-member’s children ages 5-12. Simply bring a swimsuit, towel and lunch for some all day fun with our experienced teachers. Pre-registration is required so be prepared!  Reasonable rate of $24/day! Contact Jessica Planer, Childcare Director for more details – 818-6019.

DAYS OF NO SCHOOL CARE
The WR, PE, and Nekoosa Schools currently have several days of no school during the school year. We offer the best solution to both members and non-members on these days. Our state licensed program held at the Port Edwards YMCA location will ensure your child is safe and having fun with our quality trained staff. Simply bring a sack lunch, swimsuit and towel and we will have a day filled with sports, crafts, games, swimming, and much more!

Limited to the first 35 children! Pre-registration is required so be early!
We offer a terrific childcare setting during Christmas break. The kids will enjoy memorable crafts, holiday cooking, sledding, sports, and snow activities. Nutritious snacks are provided. Bring a sack lunch, and snow gear – our qualified, caring staff will make this week very exciting!

Join Us for an Awesome Week of Fun!
Parties, guest speakers, karate, swimming, arts & crafts and a variety of sports will keep your child busy throughout the week.  Children are asked to bring a sack lunch with milk, swimsuit, and towel each day.

SUMMER CLUB CARE
Summer Club is an on-site licensed summer childcare program for school-age children
5-12 years old at the Port Edwards YMCA location. Children post-kindergarten to 12 years of age will participate in activities including swimming, fieldtrips, arts and crafts, reading, games, character development and more. Registration for Summer Club begins March 1st.  Swimming lessons are available for an additional fee.

Humke – YMCA Children’s Learning Center
Humke Elementary School has paired up with the YMCA to form a brand new preschool classroom for children ages 3–5. This year-round center is located right inside Humke School in Nekoosa. Convenient hours of 6:45am – 5:45pm fit right into your work schedule.
