AQUA FIT

Low to moderate intensity using the water's resistance to stretch, tone, and strengthen.

M/W/F 8:15-9:00 am
M/W/F 9:45-10:30 am
AQUA JOG

A deep-water program with continued resistance. Flotation belts are provided.

T/TR 6:15-7:00 am
AQUA INTENSITY

A challenging shallow and deep water class guaranteed to improve your cardiovascular and muscular fitness using a wide variety of water tools. Energetic and upbeat music.

M/TR 7:30-8:15 pm
SENIOR SPLASH

No swimming skill required. Designed for anyone 50+ to enjoy time in the water with friends. Use hand weight, ball, noodles, frisbees, jugs, and more for a great workout.
