Start with a 1/4 mile swim in one of the areas treasures, Lake Wazeecha and bike 14.5 miles of flat land, finishing up with a beatiful 3.7 mile run around the lake to complete the course.

Compete as an individual or as a team in 10 age divisions including Athena/Clydesdale divisions.

Ages      14 and older

Fees      $45 Individual or $65 Team
