Course Description: 1/4mi chilly lake swim (wetsuits allowed);small sandy, uphill run to T. area. 14.5 mi bike is flat and fast, out and back. 3.7mi run is mostly on packed dirt/gravel trail, partly shaded, some pavement; fairly flat. 3 water stations on run; no water stations on bike. No Drafting. Bike racks in paved transition area.
