Getting Started is Easy!

  1. Fill out and submit your personal training questionnaire. 
  2. One of our certified personal trainers will contact you to schedule an initial consultation. Our personal trainers can meet you almost any time during Y operating hours.
  3. After meeting and discussing plans with your personal trainer stop by the Member Services desk to purchase your package and start your new journey!

In Body Composition Analysis Consultation

Receive a 20 minute consultation with a personal trainer to:
1. Receive a full body body composition analysis
2. Explanation of the information presented on the sheet
3. Advice on what resources the Y has to offer to help accommodate goals based on the Inbody results sheet.

 I have been involved with the Y for years. Providing Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes. I hold a Bachlor’s Degree from UW-Green Bay, played Division 1 volleyball, and enjoyed learning about thehuman body and fitness trends. I believephysical well-being is essential for overall wellness.

I started my health journey about 6 years ago after being a caregiver for my parents. Seeing the effects of how diabetes has impacted my family, I decided I wanted to be healthy as I continue to age. I have been with the YMCA for the past 4 years as the TRX instructor in the Adams Branch. I have seen the changes in the people who have been taking the classes. I listen to what they would like to accomplish and adapt the workouts to meet those needs. Last winter I completed the NASM Group Personal Training. This has aided me to construct workouts that meets a variety of needs for the people attending the classes. Exercise has helped me to consistently control my own health challenges and I know I can relate to others who have health challenges.
