Today, many people spend more hours at work than anywhere else, and that can make it hard to keep up healthy habits. That is why many companies offer corporate membership programs to benefit employees.
If your company has a YMCA corporate wellness program, you’ll receive a variety of services designed to help you to be happier, healthier and stronger. Talk with your human resources team to find out whether your company participates.

A wellness membership is an enticing incentive for current and prospective employees, and it has significant benefits for your organization, too. The best way for us to serve you is to understand your goals and company culture. From there, we will craft a more comprehensive partnership that can include programs and services offered at the Y and on-site at your company. We have a variety of services that are interactive and engaging, but most of all, convenient.

• The Y provides one free week trial membership for employees and their families
• Y representation at your company health fair”

With Renew Active you can access the Y with NO MEMBERSHIP COST TO YOU! To see if you are eligible or to learn more, visit myrenewactive.com or call the Customer Service number on the back of your United Healthcare member ID card.

Silver & Fit
Silver&Fit® members have access to no-cost memberships. Health plans offer the Silver&Fit® program to eligible Medicare Advantage/Supplement beneficiaries and group retirees.

Silver&Fit®: 8-digit code

Silver Sneakers
One of the largest senior-focused exercise programs in the United States, this partnership between HCD and HMOs allows Medicare-eligible members of these health plans to participate in YMCA programs at no additional cost. SilverSneakers® members at the Y receive the same membership benefits as our regular Y members.

To see if you qualify, start by calling the number on your insurance card. They will provide you with a code that can be brought into the Y, along with your ID, to get you enrolled.
