Did you know that a 30-minute walk in the water is equivalent to a two-hour walk on land? Water resistance offers an excellent opportunity for muscle toning and body sculpting. Water also cools the body during exercise, which reduces stress on the heart and reduces the risk of injury by lessening the impact on weight-bearing joints, muscles, and bones.

Water Aerobics

Workout to fun routines while staying cool. A low to moderate intensity workout using the water’s resistance to stretch, tone, and strengthen. Use hand weights, balls, noodles, Frisbees, and more, for a great workout!
Age: 11 & 12 with an adult, 13 and older

Member: Register ahead of time – $2.00 for each day of class
Non-Member: Register ahead of time – $4.00 for each day of class

Water Aerobics Punch Cards

Punch Cards are now also available for purchase at the Front Desk. Each punch card is redeemable for 10 individual classes. 

Member: $20.00 per punch card
Non-Member: $40.00 per punch card

  • Punch cards must be presented at time of use. 
  • Participants have 6 months to use the punches.
  • Purchasing a punch card does not guarantee a spot in class. If the class is at capacity, the participant unfortunately cannot attend that class.
