Group Exercise

If you’re looking for a way to get a great workout, and form relationships, come try any of our group fitness classes. We offer a wide variety of classes, from high-intensity boot camps to distressing and relaxing yoga. All of our classes are taught by nationally accredited instructors, with a wealth of experience and knowledge. And all group exercise classes are a member benefit!
