MASTERS SWIMMING This program offers adults the opportunity to get in the pool and work on their stroke techniques and swim endurance as it pertains to overall health and competition. This is aimed at anyone with prior swimming experience and a drive to improve through hard work and dedication. Participating in this program will give you access to our competitive swim team workouts and advice from coaches. This will be a self-led team with oversight from the Black Sharks Head Coach. Masters Swimming runs – October to March.

AQUA SALSA The Aqua Salsa program gives new meaning to the idea of refreshing workout.  Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Salsa blends it all together into a workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating!

AQUA FIT Workout to fun routines while staying cool.  A low to moderate intensity workout using the water’s resistance to stretch, tone, and strengthen.

SENIOR SPLASH No swimming skill required. Designed for anyone 50+ to enjoy time in the water with friends. Use hand weights, balls, noodles, frisbees, jugs and more for a great workout. This is a FREE class for members.
