*NEW* AQUA SALSA Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise.  Aqua Salsa gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout!  Classes are on Tues/Thurs from 7am – 7:45am or      7:30pm – 8:15pm — next session starts September 15

  YOUTH SPORTS

FLAG FOOTBALL Young football players are introduced to the fundamentals of the game while having fun with other kids their age.  Starts Saturday Sept 6 for Grades 1 – 6 — Sign up today!
